Making
First, remove the optical drive from the laptop or the desktop.
Now connect the optical drive to the 13 Pin SATA to USB cable.
Once the connection has been made, connect it to a PC & wait for some time so
that the driver can be installed by the system
Once the driver is installed the Drive will automatically appear under My Computer
window. Once it pops up you can use the drive as you use it normally.
