To upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 you need the following requirements
- You need to have a valid Windows 10 license
- Windows should be updated to the latest version (version 2004 or later)
- You need a 64-bit processor capable of running at 1Ghz or faster with 2 or more cores or a System on chip (SoC)
- You need to have 4Gb or more RAM
- You need storage of more than 64Gb
- You need firmware capable of running Secure Boot
- You need to have installed discrete TPM or Enabled Firmware TPM in your BIOS
- You need a Graphic card capable of running DirectX 12
- You need a display with more than 720p resolution
- And you also need Internet connectivity while installing.
To check system requirements using the PC Health Check app download and install the app.
After installing, open the software and click on Check Now, to check if your PC is suitable for an upgrade
If you meet all the requirements, download the Windows 11 Installation Assistant
Now click on Open File and accept the UAC warning
Next, click on Accept and Install button to accept the terms and conditions and to start Windows 11 installation. Installation may take a while to install (about 20 minutes).
Once the installation is complete, you need to restart your PC to complete the remaining installation process.
